HOW TO REGISTER
Please click on the "Sign up for a cams4us studio account" link below, and
you will be prompted to fill out an on-line application. Fill out this
application carefully. Make sure you provide thorough information for your
preferred payment option. Cams4us.com's payroll company, needs all pertinent
information that your corresponding preferred payment form requests. If this
information is not filled out exactly, your payment could be delayed.
Once you complete the registration, scan and e-mail the model
agreement and studio agreement back to us. Be sure to include a copy of legal identification. This ID
needs to have a photo of you. If you are emailing the documents to us please scan your completed document
and send it to support@cams4us.com. As soon as we receive your
completed form, you can start working right away. If you have any technical
